Yes! As a seasoned moderator with 15 years of experience, Erica is known for her calm yet focused energy, adeptly navigating both scripted and unscripted conversations. She thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, skillfully handling pivots and probes from clients. Erica’s innate curiosity drives her passion for meeting new people, embracing challenges, and continuously expanding her knowledge.

Our experience spans the planning cycle of a brand; from identifying opportunities (drivers and barriers, market landscape, segmentation, journeys, personas, treatment algorithm assessment, buying process, TPP assessment), building brand differentiation (positioning development, message development), creating engaging campaigns (message, concept, campaign idea, detail aid testing) and evaluating performance (usability testing, customer experience).

Additionally, within pharma, we have worked on projects exploring health inequities among underserved communities, including an exploration of clinical trial participation (or lack thereof) among Black and Hispanic patients.
Our founder, Erica Pascual, has a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from Binghamton University and a Master of Science in Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship from NYU. She began her career in grant giving, where she supported organizations like the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation and Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF), advancing research and drug development in mental health and Parkinson's disease.
Erica has 15+ years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Inspired by her work at MJFF, she transitioned to the industry to get closer to the process of developing a treatment. She interned at AstraZeneca with the Emerging Brands team and was introduced to the world of strategy, insights and consulting. She spent over a decade at various consulting agencies, with her most recent role as a Partner for a leading agency.
A client is developing an extended-release version of an older treatment in a very crowded market (10+ treatments available), and initial TPP testing was met with resistance from HCPs. After conducting several phases of qualitative research, we helped identify key insights to inform brand strategy, target patients and segments, and positioning. Final rounds of detail aid testing with HCPs were very positive, only netting to minor revisions.
